Rules

Alright, here are the rules. I know nobody loves them but we have to have them or total chaos will ensue and nobody wants that. Especially not me. New rules will be bolded!

General Rules~
# Do not spam up the boards. This means don't post where you aren't supposed to and don't post something in the wrong board purposefully.
# You are allowed to cuss just don't overdo it. I for one do not like to hear foul language all the time and I know there are others who don't either.
# Be respectful to everyone. Guests, your fellow rpers, and staff members too. The golden rule applies here. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
# Don't discriminate. This means don't post hateful topics about a particular race, gender, religion etc. I don't like discrimination and I will be on you like white on rice.
# If you and another person have a disagreement then take it to pms and try to come to a consensus like mature people. If you can't then the staff will come handle it.

~Graphics~
# There is no set avatar limit (just make sure it's somewhere less than 250 px wide). You will be asked to resize your image if it stretches the board!
# Please don't make tables or signatures that are over 500 px.
# Only use stock images. I don't want my site being shut down due to copyright issues, thank-you.

Roleplay Rules~
# No Godmodding or Powerplaying. No one wants to rp with a character that seems perfect all the time and never gets hurt. It's no fun. Also, if your charrie gets into a fight then don't dodge all the attacks or make your character hit all the time. That's not fair to the other person.
# Please make a decent sized post. You don't have to be elaborate and write a book people but please, a decent sized paragraph (5-7 sentences) would work so there is something to reply to.
# You can cuss in rps, but just like the general rules don't make very other word a cuss word.
# Please keep the rp PG13. Don't put explicit content or extremely gory battle scenes in your rp! No one wants to read it!
# Please stay active. You don't have to come on every day but once every few days would be nice. I know that you run low on muse sometimes but could you post in the cbox or in an off-topic discussion to let us know you haven't dropped off the face of the Earth.
# Liquid time is allowed here. But for Frith's sake (you won't get that unless you've read Watership Down XD) keep up with your posts.
# Follow the posting order when threads have over two people!
# If a thread is tagged for certain people/characters then don't hop in unless you ask the creator of the thread!

Character Rules~
# No all powerful characters please. Everyone has a weakness, as shocking as that may seem to some of you, it's true.
# You don't have to follow the bio form. Feel free to make up your own, just be sure to have all the basic information in it.
# This site is not one-character-per-account. You make one account and all your characters are made on it.
# You can make any pokemon you like so long as they are not legendaries. Legendaries will be available as contest prizes and they'll be purchasable in the store.
# For now you are allowed to make one shiny character before having to buy them at the shop.
# You can have as many characters as you want but please keep them all active! If you can't then put them up for adoption or kill them off!
# Your characters are allowed to have 2 TM moves and 1 Egg move upon creations. Also, it would be nice if you specified which moves were eggs and which were tms. Legendary pokemon are allowed 3 tms because they can't learn egg moves.

~Breeding~
# There is no breeding form because I would like the members' young pokemon to be customizeable how they like. Just remember to follow the basic pokemon breeding rules: the baby pokemon will be the mother's species (I will allow for one of those in the litter to be the father's species) with most of the father's moves.
# Litter size will be determined by the size of the pokemon and its real-life counterpart. i.e. a persian could have a rather large litter while a sawsbuck would only have one (maybe two if twins) fawn. If you are unsure about how many should be in the litter then pm a staff member and they will tell you.
# Pseudo-legendary pokemon will only lay 1-2 eggs.
# Please no graphic breeding posts, fade to black or simply don't do it. If you feel the need to rp it out in detail then take it off somewhere else. Remember PG-13, don't post anything you wouldn't want your parents to read.

~Fighting~
# There are no levels (this will be explained more in the Pokemon Info sub-board)
# Fights can be about anything.
