She grew up alone, not trusting any other Pokemon who even came near her. Because of this, she became very anti-social and aggressive. She would fight anyone who would approach her, making her stronger and stronger. Eventually, she started looking for fights.
Nothing changed once she finally evolved into a Houndoom. If anything, she became more aggressive. She challenged a pack of Houndoom, which ended with her receiving scars and nearly dying. Since then, she has refused to ever give in during a fight again. She wasn’t afraid of death but she wanted to be stronger than anyone she met.
