The world seemed at a standstill. My mind focused for so long now it just seemed that way. Right now it felt like I had just finished the war, myself winning the act of getting rid of the humans and any Pokemon that tried to defend them. That human engineered bug Pokemon, Genesect, also had a role in this. But I hadn't seen it since the war had started, I didn't care. As long as my plans were getting along I was happy.
I remember standing there, using my abilities to slay my enemies with ease. I was, and still am, unstoppable. Nothing could stand in my way, and it didn't. After the war I remember coming here; a cave much like the one that I had back in the Kanto region. After that I sealed myself away in ice, a protective barrier that held me while I meditated to regain the strength that I had lost during the holocaust.
However now, I look around. Eyes glowing blue was the ice around me starts to crack and break. Right now I was testing my power, another purpose of the ice shield. "How powerful have I become? How much power have I stored and gained throughout my slumber? How long have I been away?" My deep toned thoughts echoed throughout the area that I was in. Sometimes I tended to think out loud, this never bugged me.
Slowly I raised my arm, I could feel the power already surge through my veins as a purplish blast came from my hands and broke the strong wall. The blast could be heard throughout the cave I am sure. I stepped carefully over the broken chunks, my long tail stretching and moving as it had been curled for quite some time.
I decided to walk instead of levitate where I wanted to. Getting the muscles to actually move and work again. How long had it been? My violet eyes narrowed, my mouth in its permanent frown. "What if they came back? That is why I am suddenly awake." I thought out loud. It was a possibility that I didn't take to lightly.
My walking appendages stopped for a moment, lids falling over my eyes as I branched out my mind to listen to the world outside of where I was. I came back with nothing, everything seemed normal. Things have changed, but there wasn't any humans that I knew of around. Still, I had to get out of here and take a look around. What has happened to this dear planet of mine since I have been gone?

The cold cold South had been far too cold for her very fine fur so she had decided to transform into something more suited for the harsh environment. Well, something that was more suited and could move around easily... Like a glaceon! Otherwise she would have chosen a spheal. They were very cute, after all.
She had to get used to the new sensation of walking on four paws instead of just floating. Well, she could still float now but what fun would that be? Besides, wouldn't that just draw all kinds of attention? She liked having many friends but only friends that liked her for her and not just because she was a legendary. In her current form none but a super perceptive pokemon (or another legendary) would be able to see that she was not truly a glaceon.
The glaceon's bright blue eyes gazed around the barren landscape as she tried to decide what to do. She could always go find some young ice-types to play with or that dragon tribe she'd heard Rayquaza talking about but- At that moment the pokemon's ears stood straight up in the air. Something that was not quite a sound but had somehow struck a strange note within her made the pokemon start. What was that?
The memories that were but weren't quite hers made the female feel a great sense of foreboding. However, she shook the feeling off in favor of curiosity. After all curiosity never really killed the delcatty, right? So, she headed in a new direction that was towards the strange feeling. What she felt wasn't entirely new as deep within she felt that this sensation had come to her years ago. About a hundred years ago during the war when she had sensed the pokemon who had started it all. Mewtwo. He was some sort of strange clone of hers which was how she could feel his energy. Or so that was what she thought, it could have just been the fact that she was a psychic type. Who truly knew but Arceus?
The playful mew didn't truly know her own feelings about Mewtwo. Her own self wanted to be friends and play with her clone but feelings and thoughts that weren't truly her own warned against it. When Mewtwo's energy had suddenly left as if falling dormant the whole thing had dropped from her forgetful mind, until now.
The opening to Eci Caves came into view, this was the place that the sensation was coming from. Feeling no fear the glaceon-look-alike walked straight in. She cast her psychic feelings outwards to try and sense the presence more clearly but she needn't have done that. For after a short while of walking the wall next to her was blown to bits. If it hadn't been for her quick reflexes she would have been hit with either the scattering ice chunks or the purple blast that flew out. Wait... Purple blast?
The female tip-toed forward to the hole and peeked in. There was the pokemon who had been the cause of the war and who was indeed her clone. Mewtwo. In the flesh.
How did she feel about it now that she was face-to-face with him? She pushed down the warnings and thoughts of the mews before her as she had done during her first few years of life so that she could let her own personality shine through. Everyone was a friend and she had never --as far as she'd known-- met someone she didn't like or didn't like her. She wasn't sure if she'd ever actually talked to him before.
"What if they came back? That is why I am suddenly awake." Well, what better time to introduce herself than now? So with a friendly smile and a tail wag she trotted over to sit in front of the hole, in full view of the Mewtwo. "What if who came back, friend? The humans? Wow, have you been asleep for that long?"
Her eyes shone with friendliness and the glee that she always radiated before she spoke again. "If you have then you must take naps like a snorlax!" Her sky-blue eyes closed as she let out a loud humor-filled laugh. Her laughter subsided enough so that she could speak again. "My name's Blackberry! Do you have a name Mewtwo?" She wondered if he would be surprised that she knew what type of pokemon he was. He shouldn't be. After all, what sort of legendary would she be if the little mew didn't know who was her clone. She was sort of flattered that the humans had even used her DNA. The air here was crisp. Breathing it in actually felt refreshing and revitalizing. Lids fell over my angry eyes, cranium lifted upward as I took in another deep breath. As I exhaled, my breath steamed in front of me, clouding and swirling above my head. I brought my gaze back to a level height, violet eyes scanning the area with some interest. How much had the world changed since I have been gone?
I began to walk forward, with each step my toes would separate and stretch. My tail flicked and thrust itself in the air behind me, stretching the bones and vertebrae that it held within it. My ears swivelled, listening to the noises of other Pokemon that lived here. It would also appear that certain parts of this cave was melting because I could hear the sound of dripping water. Or was that the outside world and it was raining? I needed to get out of here to see what this world now held.
My cat like heat looked upwards again. This time I focused on the density of the cave roof. How weak was it? Not that it mattered to me, with my power anything could be broken. But who knows, one day I would probably return and I wanted this place to still be somewhat standing when I did so. A small hole in the roof was so minor, but if the whole cave came down, then that would just be inconvenient.
A mind. A mind was near. I looked around, my body starting to become on the defensive. My body instantly started to get a glow, a bluish purple light surrounded me. My eyes started to go the exact same colour, however I spotted a blue figure. She came toward me, I froze in my spot and stayed still. I wasn't scared of a tiny Glaceon. But as she got closer to me, I sensed that this wasn't just some Glaceon. Eyes narrowed at the Pokemon. No. This wasn't a Glaceon at all.
It spoke now, my arms came over my chest as I watched it speak. Why didn't it turn into it's original form? For a moment I didn't reply, she spoke more now and compared me to a Snorlax. How irritating. I was far from the likes of the fat slumbering Pokemon. I listened to her laugh, I restrained myself to choking her. Finally she introduced herself as Blackberry.
"What an odd name. You should have chosen a better disguise Mew." I replied to the other legendary Pokemon in my deep monotone voice. "My name is simply 'Mewtwo'. Being the only one to ever exist, I never bothered to give myself such a petty thing." I said to her. "I do not know how long I have been meditating, but something has made my mind awake now."
It still felt odd for me to watch this creature, despite it being a Glaceon at the moment, and see that I was it's clone. I was her more stronger clone, better, faster, taller. But she was still my 'parent' if some wanted to call it that. I was created for evil, world destruction. Look at where it had gotten my creators. They are all dead. Dead because of me, they deserved it.

Tanis was doing a simple fly-over of the south, of the lands that the Jakkalse dragons explored. It was part of her duty as Queen, after all. She had been out quite a while, though, which meant she was getting tired. And she hadn't even checked half of the snow-covered south. She landed, deciding to check the Eci Caves in case any Pokemon had gotten snowed in after the last snowfall. There was a sizeable gap in the entrance, and footprints. Some Pokemon had already been through here, then. She retracted her wings, adventuring into the main body of the cave. She could feel something strange inside, but not being a Psychic type, she couldn't tell what it was. She adventured in slowly, tail ready to attack at the slightest sign.
"Hello?" she called cautiously. "Is anyone here?" She heard some noise farther back in the cave, something that wasn't normal. She allowed the spheres on her tail and the one at her neck to glow, shining light from them into the darkness that was the cave. She ventured in farther, spying what appeared to be a Glaceon and... No way... Was that...
"Mewtwo... So this is where you've been hiding... Or perhaps you were just resting?" She made sure to adjust the tone of her voice so it wasn't accusing, but rather simply inquisitive. She'd never met this legend, though she had seen him flying through the sky when she was little. The light from her spheres lit her face in a strange way, giving light from below but putting her eyes in shadow. "I am Tanis, Queen of the Jakkalse. It is an honor to meet a legend such as yourself." With that, she dipped her head, changing the lighting even more. She swirled her tail in front of her, lighting up the depths they were in.
"My words." My thoughts.
